Marble Caves, Chile Chico, Chile
Located in the Patagonia, Chile on the second largest freshwater lake in South America, General Carrera, we find the Marble Cathedral, an intricate system of water-filled caverns. To many people this is the most beautiful cave network in the world and this Marble Cathedral is absolutely magnificent.
This Lake is shared by Argentina and Chile. But on the Chilean side of the beautiful emerald-green to turquoise-blue waters, there are breathtakingly beautiful marble caves carved into passageways and caverns. These amazing marble formations were sculpted by erosion into three main marble formations: La Capilla (the Chapel), El Catedral (the Cathedral), and La Cueva (the Cave).
The impressive labyrinth of marble caves are large enough for a small boat to glide into. The water has eroded the marble to create cavities and marble caves. There are different color shades, depending on the contents’ impurities. There are white banks of great purity, but it is also possible to find blue and pink marble banks due to the presence of other minerals. The lake is known for the abundance of trout and salmon, and many tourists come here to fish, and of course to see the local landmark – the Marble Cathedral.

The Worlds Longest Snake - Medusa
A reticulated python has slithered into a place where few snakes have gone: Guinness World Records.
She's named Medusa and the 25-foot-long, two-inch, 350-pounder has been confirmed as the longest snake ever in captivity in the Guinness World Records 2013 edition.
She's named Medusa and the 25-foot-long, two-inch, 350-pounder has been confirmed as the longest snake ever in captivity in the Guinness World Records 2013 edition.
The 8 years old reptile is on display at
The Edge Of Hell, a haunted attraction based in Kansas City. Mo., and
spends her days helping to scare up business by scaring customers who
are already afraid of snakes -- not just gigantic ones.
Medusa's handler Larry Edgar says, “We try to keep Medusa well-fed and slightly out of reach as there have been instances with Reticulated Pythons where they’ve had to cut people out of them!
"We never underestimate that she does always have the upper-hand.”
So far, Medusa does pretty well on a diet that includes rabbits, hogs and deer, served to her every two weeks.
Medusa inherits the title from the previous record holder, Fluffy, another Reticulated Python from Ohio’s Columbus Zoo, who measured in at 24 feet long.
